• How does shipping work?

  We accept shipments through UPS, FedEx and DHL only. Shipping costs are not included in any of the prices listed. We will use any of these carriers to send back your pump or parts after servicing. USPS DOES NOT Deliver mail or packages to our shipping address.

• What forms of payment do you accept?

  We accept credit and debit cards (through Square), PayPal, and personal or business checks. We apply an extra 3% fee for card and PayPal transactions. If paying by check, please contact us first for mailing details. Payment terms due upon receipt. **Any invoiced item(s) not paid after 30 days becomes the property of the business.

• How long will my pump service take?

  Our diagnostic and calibration services typically have a 3-4 week turnaround.

• Are you affiliated with Bosch?

  No, MFI Werks is not affiliated with or endorsed by Bosch, Porsche, or any other manufacturer who’s parts we offer services for.
